For studio recording, video and audio signals stored by the P2 Card can be easily fed into the network via a transfer unit. The standard unit features five PCMCIA slots and is connected via its USB interface version 2.0 to a workstation. Data transfer takes place at 20 times normal speed (compared to tape). You can also use the AJ-PCD20 as an external drive with a laptop PC that's not equipped with a 5-inch bay.
